How To Order a Transcript

To order a transcript from George Mason University please follow the steps below:

  1. Open a web browser to Patriot Web.  Click the login button
  2. Enter your NetID and Password.  Click the login button
  3. Click the “Student Services” tab and then on the Student Records link.
  4. Next, click the Order Official Transcript link.
  5. You will be directed to a third party website: Transcripts Plus.  Click the Start My Order button
  6. Fill out the form and click on Next.
  7. On the next screen complete the form and click next
  8. On the Basic Order Information sheet fill out all fields and click next
  9. Select the recipient type and click next.
  10. Enter details about the recipient and click next
  11. Select your delivery method and click next.
  12. You can optionally add additional recipients, click Next to continue.
  13. Review your Order Summary and click Continue
  14. Enter payment information on the next screen and click I Agree and then Next to complete your Transcript Order.
